I’m building a niche social media platform designed specifically for educational institutions—schools, colleges, universities, training centers, and edtech academies—something like LinkedIn, but purpose-built for the education ecosystem.
At its core, the platform enables institutions to create rich, verified profiles that showcase who they are: academic programs, faculty, infrastructure, achievements, accreditations, placements, events, and student outcomes. Instead of generic company pages, institutions get a living digital identity that evolves with their academic journey.
The platform also enables two-way interaction. Institutions can post updates, announcements, research highlights, admissions info, and thought leadership, while students, parents, alumni, faculty, and partners can follow, engage, ask questions, and interact meaningfully. This creates a trusted, transparent space where discovery and dialogue happen naturally.
Beyond visibility, the platform acts as a networking and credibility layer for education—connecting institutions with prospective students, industry partners, faculty talent, alumni, and other institutions. Think of it as a professional social graph for education, where trust, outcomes, and learning matter more than vanity metrics.
The long-term vision is to become the default digital hub for educational institutions—a place where reputation is built, relationships are formed, and informed decisions about education are made.
